"My Best Friend's Husband is Cheating..."
Unknown writes: "I live in a very small town and I know my best friend's new husband is cheating. I want to tell her about it, so she won't have a baby with him (they are only recently married). But, the problem is that the woman he is having an affair with, is my step sister who has never been lucky in love. Both women adore him. I adore both women and have been keeping this a secret because I don't want anyone to be hurt."
