"I was Insensitive, What Can I Do?"
Viewer question: Len writes: "A good friend of mine is no longer speaking to me because he says i was insensitive when his father passed away. He's angry that I didn't phone him, but instead, e-mailed him my condolences. I've apologized up and down but he refuses to answer me. I care for him and this is very hurtful. What can I do?
