Q13 FOX News anchor and reporter David Rose came to Seattle from Cincinnati, Ohio, where he spent the last five
years as an anchor and managing editor of Good Morning Tri-State at ABC affiliate WCPO-TV. He was recently voted winner of the 2007 Ohio
Associated Press Broadcasters Best Anchor award.
Prior to Cincinnati, David worked as special-projects reporter and anchor at
KCOP-TV in Los Angeles. He received prestigious Golden Mike awards for his investigation
into city buses caught on camera running red lights and for breaking-news coverage
of riots following a Los Angeles Lakers championship game.
From 1996 to 1998, David worked as weekend host and senior correspondent for
the syndicated television show EXTRA. He covered the O.J. Simpson civil trial
as well as numerous entertainment news stories.
He also served as 10 pm anchor at Boston's WFXT-TV and launched Good Day Chicago
on FOX-owned WFLD-TV in the 1993.
David holds a bachelor's degree in Broadcast News from Southern Methodist University.
